Harbor Shores Due Care Obligation Plan [LINK] for contaminated mitigation parcels. This plan excludes Mitigation Parcel H, the former Whirlpool Corporation property, although Parcel H is contaminated, according to the appraisal of mitigation Parcel H and an April 20, 2007, letter from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality to Harbor Shores.
